[Board] Funding request for the GRASS GIS Community Sprint in May 2012

Board, Frank,

in the name of the GRASS community and friends a big thank you
for the support by OSGeo! We'll do our very best to organize a
nice community sprint (as you see it is intended to be community
oriented, not only developer oriented).

We'll arrange the details with Daniel Morissette as treasurer then.
