This is a useful guide thanks.
As has been noted by others, such a guide is a starting point. Each
presenter is welcome to offer to waive costs.
I'd also like to include payment for the speaker, to cover their lost
income. In many cases this can be waived, but it should be written down
in the first instance so that it is recognised that the speaker is being
generous by not receiving payment.
Jeff, any chance you could start a first draft of this page as a wiki?
