Thank you very much for the feedback Frank. I have integrated your 
suggestions and posted the document on Google docs to make it easier to

With respect to Beijing, I agree with lower surplus expectations but 
thought we should still put an amount in there to show that we expect 
something. However I don't feel strongly about this, let's rediscuss 
tomorrow.

And for GSoC mentor summit, Google gives us 2000$ that is not counted in 
the revenues. The 2k$ in the expenses is OSGeo's contribution on top of 
Google's 2k$. I have the receipts for last year (fall 2011) and still 
need to send them their reimbursement. I'll track down the exact amount 
from last year and enter it in the 2011 column.
