Hi Daniel.
The actual budget will be done when approaching the date; our expenses are travelling
for main developers, and boarding & lodging while there. No compensation is given to
participants.
As a comparison, the latest meeeting in Lyon had a total budget of about 8.000 €.
We are applying to OSGeo for 1k€.
