[Board] Fwd: [OSGeo-Discuss] Fwd: Foss4g 2012 ???

Hi Nick, I agree that the main focus in this note should be on Beijing. But
I think regardless of how we position it, there is some uncertainty
relating to how the Beijing conference will work out. So I was thinking it
is worth just reassuring people that we do have a good plan for the
following year, we have two very strong proposals and the preparation
process is more advanced at this stage than it has been in the past several
years.
