Hi again,

So in that case, may be better to annouce that FOSS4G was held in three
diffrent places this year i guess: NA, CEE and PRC.
I think some pointed that already in a clever way, and that would be better
for FOSS4G marketing i guess.
No global event this year ? Yes, 3 of them ! (with strong push on
local/regional chapters)

What about OSGeo AGM and SK, should they be postponed to next year ?
