[Board] Travel Expenses

Hi,

thank you for putting this together. I would like just to ask, how the
"Daily rate, typically $US 1000 per day." came from? Is that sum of
"Maximum Lodging Rate", "M & IE Rate", and "Maximum Per Diem Rate"?
