[Board] Next board meeting tomorrow at 12:00UTC

Board,

I seem to have missed the email announcing the date of our next board 
meeting, but I see in the wiki a draft agenda suggesting that it is 
scheduled for tomorrow at 12:00UTC:

I thought I'd send this note in case I am not the only one to have 
missed or forgot the original email.

BTW, MPG, you posted the minutes of the 2012-08-20 meeting in the 
2012-09-13 wiki page, I have moved them to the 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2012-08-20 page.
