[Board] OSGeo stall at FOSS4G

Hi Jeff

The main issue that was raised on last week's call is that we're not able
to provide booths - only floor spaces. Our ability to help arrange specific
details (e.g. additional equipment hire) is getting a bit stretched in
these last few weeks.

Will you need additional equipment, or will the OSGeo stall all be shipped
as pop-up banners that take care of themselves?
