[Board] next board meeting - face 2 face meeting

Hi everyone,

Somehow I failed to block this timeslot in my agenda and I have another 
meeting that will likely overlap with the beginning of this board 
meeting. (I must have missed the meeting confirmation in the craziness 
of year end)

I'll do my best to join as early as possible, but please don't wait for 
me to get started.
