[Board] next board meeting - face 2 face meeting

Hi Cameron,

I'd be in for keeping the meeting concise as well - this week is busy
for me, as I am sure for everyone.  I may have to leave at the hour
mark.  I put some general thoughts down quickly now for the agenda, but
maybe we can just focus on a few for an hour:
