[Board] Current list of OSGeo sponsors

Daniel,
I'm going to update sponsors on OSGeo-Live after COB Friday (US time), 
ie, today.
I'll use http://www.osgeo.org/sponsors as my reference point, unless you 
provide alternative updates before then.
