[Board] OSGeo Elections 2013

Arnulf (and all),

It seemed odd to me that there were 3 of the 9 directors up for
re-election, I thought it should have been either 4 or 5 (since we have a
two year term).

Checking back, what happened was that Jo stood down after a year and Jáchym
was elected with a one year term to complete Jo's term - see
http://www.osgeo.org/node/1308

So Jáchym is up for re-election too.
