[Board] OSGeo Elections starting tomorrow

Your statement was effective Arnulf.  I was just defending the thousands
of OSGeo volunteers.  Sometimes you're prodding helps.

Thanks for setting up the talk page.  I'll try hard to get the changes
accepted by the Board.
