...protection against patent wars is also one of the lesser well known
but very important tasks attended to by the OGC. Another good reason
to have an MoU in place and collaborate. Carl Reed has a long list of
prior art dating back to the 80s and regularly checks geo related
patent claims.
And lastly our work in the Incubation committee is of prime importance
to protect against claims.
