Under Specifics you can find that from Participant to Charter Member
anybody has "Nominating Rights: has the right to nominate Charter
Members and Board Members".
I just checked the current list and interestingly only two nominations
come from regular members. All others have been nominated by existing
Charter Members. While this is a good thing because it shows that our
Charter Members are active we might want to emphasize before the next
elections that *anybody* can nominate *anybody* else.
