Board,
sorry to bother you again but can you please answer to this motion (see
full text below)? Unfortunately we are already behind schedule for the
New Member (s)elections (my schedule was apparently too tight).

Management Summary:
So far all (Charter Members and regular OSGeo members) have supported to
accept all 37 nominees into Charter Membership, there have been no
vetoes so far.

Cameron tends towards sticking with the decision taken by the board
(partly motivated by upholding the uniqueness of Charter Membership and
to prevent it from becoming and arbitrary thing). It does not appear to
be a veto though.

Jeroen questioned the self nomination of one nominee as per our bylaws
[0]. Our Membership Rules [1] (officially motioned and accepted by the
board) allow this. I added that this inconsistency be addressed after
the current elections to the Wiki [2]. Maria additionally offered to
retrospectively nominate Phillip David [3] (but I don't know whether
this is "allowed" by our rules either).

Can you please send a +1 if you are fine to go forward with this or make
a veto so that we can proceed with the regular elections?

Thanks, Arnulf
(CRO on behalf of OSGeo)

PS:
I volunteer to be part of a group to clean up the elections processes
[2] and corresponding parts of our bylaws [0] after FOSS4G in October 2013.
