[Board] FOSS4G 2013 wrap up in London - notes

Thanks Anne, wow a great page to analyze.  I feel also the need to do
this from the Board perspective (much feedback has been relayed to me
on the Nottingham event by community members, and I have been keeping
it in wondering when to relay).  Or I wonder if I should be placing
these in the lessons learned wiki page?  Or in a conference call
between the Nottingham LOC and the Board?  Not sure.
