[Board] FOSS4G 2014 Budget

The part I was asked to take off was the list of expected/hoped for sponsors and dollar amounts (even though the dollar amounts associated were more place holder than anything else).

However, I would point out that if you're a contractor, you might well consider your billing amounts to be private, if not exactly trade secrets. People don't like their competition to find out what they're charging.
