[Board] trademark

Hi,

in czech, we would like to re-use the OSGeo logo in similar way, like in
Holland Local chapter did

I wanted to have a look at  trademark policy FAQ  at
http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/legal/trademark, linked from
http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/legal/trademark_guidelines.html

and the page is empty :-(

modify and integrate the OSGeo logo components into whatever you already
