All good alternatives, Daniel, but the OGC are starting their board
meeting first thing on Thursday, and many of them leave that afternoon
(their meeting closes about 4pm). We could ask them to set aside agenda
time for you guys to come in and meet & discuss with them, but I suspect
the time would be more limited than a Weds evening event,

Sorry this is awkward but it seems to be the best timing. However a
lighter weight reception slightly earlier (but after the workshops
finish) might allow folk to get to the ice breaker not too late. Again,
up to you all.
