Oh my, this is going to be a lot of work...

"Treasurer" has quite a few hits in the Wiki but no direct page. I
created one:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Treasurer
...and added the tasks from the (current) bylaws, esp. section 5.8.

Then I edited the Finance Committee page where Frank was still listed as
treasurer, added Daniel who was not in that committee at all so far (but
I assume he should be, given he is treasurer).

Daniel,
please feel free to have a go at the Treasurer and/or Finance pages
adding the tasks you have been committed to. There is a list of
"Responsibilities" on [[Finance]] but they are still tagged as "(DRAFT)"
so I added this to the [[Category:Board Approval Pending]].
