[Board] [EXTERNAL] Re: Heads-up: plans for OGC/OSGeo Board meetup

I hope news like this is widely announced at FOSS4G2013 and the main
plenary sessions. I knew this effect was a success but had no idea it was
at this level of amazing. This needs wide press. Over 100 labs by next
year! Completely outstanding and amazing work to all involved. Congrats to
all and let the rest of us know how we can keep this effort going.
