The incubation committee is pleased to recommend the Marble GIS project for
graduation. I will ask the project to volunteer a project officer and add
this to the agenda for the next board meeting.

for the FOSS4G conference when many members were indispose.

With this motion passed I will make the recommendation to the board. Thanks
to the MarbleGIS team and Arnulf for acting as mentor. Arnulf went above
