Bank accounts with TD Bank.

I'd like to move to a US based bank some day. There is no reason to be 
tied to a canadian bank, this is more a pain than a benefit, other than 
the fact that the treasurer (or signatories) need to be able to 
physically go to the bank for some transactions some times.
