[Board] [ol3-dev] CLAs for OpenLayers

Hm, Tim, I personally think, having this papers in shape is important.
I can take care on this, could you please provide me with little
"howto" dig the scanned CLAs for OpenLayers out of the mailing list? I
can than take this administration over, if you agree
