[Board] Proposal: sponsoring LocationTech Tour 2014

Cameron,

Sounds like you may be happy then. Talks on OSGeo projects and initiatives are welcome & encouraged independent of sponsorship. For the record projects and initiatives from OGC, Apache, OSM, Mozilla, unaffiliated, and others are welcome & encouraged too. 

The tour is open to all.
