[Board] Contributor agreements

Hi all,

I just managed to go through all hard copies of contributors agreement and
marked in sqlite database those, which I have copy and those, from whom I
do not have a copy.

I have also printed copy of those agreements, which were only In our
dropbox folder till now.

Everything is filed in organiser, picture attached.

Next step could be to hunt all the contributor, which agreements are lost
(or never existed?)
