[Board] OSGeo sponsor status

Hi Cameron,

Short answer is that there is no change.

The longer answer is that I have not invoiced the sponsors for 2013 
because of the back and forth with the IRS last year around the 
resolution of our non-profit status and the uncertainty that came with 
that. We should discuss with the board and decide on the way forward 
with the sponsors at some point, but unfortunately I will be off the 
grid until March 11 so I won't be around for the board meeting next week 
to discuss that.

P.S. About the nonprofit status, at the moment we are still waiting for 
a resolution letter from the IRS on our status to clear everything up. 
Our attorney has confirmed in writing that he has seen that situation 
often and this is just a formality, but one that can take a long time to 
resolve, unfortunately there is not much we can do in the meantime but 
wait for them.
