[Board] Initial thoughts on the AGM @ Portland

Hello Board,

Helena Mitasova was just asking about a possible venue for an update on
the status of the Geo4All/ICA-OSGeo network at FOSS4G Portland, which
reminds me that we should at least start planning for the OSGeo AGM.
Darrell from the LOC will reserve an hour slot for us again.  It will be
a nice opportunity to hear status reports from OSGeo committees, local
chapters, projects, and other initiatives such as Geo4All.

I feel this is an important hour, and I'll make sure to remind Darrell
of this timeslot again later.
