To be honest, I wonder if we should just blow up our Drupal site.  Live 
off the wiki.  osgeo.org is a black box, setup in 2006 and mostly not 
touched for more than 5 years.

Another huge topic we need to deal with.  Any champions?

So, for now we edit two systems.
