[Board] Board Sprints: poll to decide frequency, weekday and length

Thanks for setting this up Anne.

Also a possibility is a Board F2F sprint, which past Boards have done 
(and funded travel).

With google hangouts we can likely do this all virtually now, but I just 
wanted to mention that a F2F is also a possibility.
