[Board] 2015 Budget

Dear Jeff, Mike, & all

FWIW, I provided a number to Mike Smith regarding a payment coming soon 
for FOSS4G NA. I shared with Mike that it should be at least $5K, maybe 
a bit more. We're still processing a few late invoices from suppliers to 
be able to close the books. I have updated the table accordingly.

Related, just in case some people on this list hadn't heard: FOSS4G NA 
was a great success. As a brief summary: 430 people participated. 30% of 
the audience were women. 85% of people rated the conference excellent or 
very good on the attendee survey (n=129). And, it was a lot of fun!
