[Board] Open geoscience committee: Chair / Co-Chair

Dear Board,

Maxi informed me the that the Board has approved the formation of the Open Geoscience Committee and now a Chair needs to be nominated. Provided that there are no other interested parties, I would gladly volunteer for the position. In addition I would like to propose to introduce a co-chair, for which Maxi would be a great candidate in my mind.
