It's probably not feasible but it would be nice if there could be some mention of open data.

An update for the Board: several edits have been made on the proposed 
agreement (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/MOU_LH_Corporation). There has 
also been mentions of local hires/employment because of this, which is 
really great for the local community. Thank you to Sanghee for making 
this happen. LH Corp is also leading a special session during FOSS4G-Seoul.
