But, just for clarity, does it mean that
FOSS4G (Free and Open Source Software for Geo) is wrong? or at least
somebody can think that we are interested in free and close software?
Because I, with my poor English, interpret "free and open source" as
"free and, at the same time, open" not "or free or open".
Therefore really the name of our conferences is wrong?
English is so weird :-D
