[Board] Incubation nightmare

Hi Maxi,

Sorry to hear that istSOS has still not entered the OSGeo incubation.
I remember that when ZOO Project applied for incubation, we were
asked to submit some other docs. That was long ago and do not
remember clearly.

Hope your wonderful tool, istSOS will enter incubation and graduate soon.
Also, hope that the project that are presently lined up for incubation
wil graduate soon.
