[Board] motions from June 18 meeting

Bart, it is not too late.  Where did the elections dates this year on 
the wiki come from?  My head - I knew this discussion would take time. 
Please check last year's dates, they were much later and tight.  We have 
time, the dates were picked randomly by me and can be easily changed 
through a wiki edit.

One month ago, if you felt so strongly about this, you could have driven 
this, read my email, picked up the ball, and brought it to the community.
