[Board] motions from June 18 meeting

in the last board meeting, only 2 days ago you wrote literally:

14:48:11	jmckenna:	we are running out of time
14:48:19	jmckenna:	(as in for the 2015 elections)
14:48:24	jmckenna:	it must be started now

I’m still -1 on pushing this as a board decision only.
