[Board] Permission to use osgeo name in a Jira installation hosted at atlassian.net

Hey Andrea,

osgeo.atlassian.net is no issue for me personally. Also you handling things is fine by me (and most welcomed actually), and you have my full support.

Btw, not sure if we need a new motion on this, since last meeting everyone gave their full support to this. This part is just the details of it.

Only thing I’d ask is to keep SAC in the loop, but maybe you’re already doing this.
