[Board] Meeting to finalise OSGeo Code of Conduct / Diversity Statement

Members of the OSGeo Board,
I'm hoping to get feedback this week on the draft code-of-conduct [2]. 
Could you please speak up with your thoughts, preferably on the osgeo 
conference email list.
