[Board] Meeting to finalise OSGeo Code of Conduct / Diversity Statement

I think it important that this CoC debate is brought to conclusion, and something is put in place. It is more important that a CoC is in place, than the content of the CoC, and the current proposed CoC does the job.

I personally think the current proposed CoC is more descriptive than required, but it is an excellent starting point and I think it should be adopted. We can always create a version 2.0 later if required.

Please show your support for the hard work done by Cameron and others by either voting +1 for this, suggesting some changes or even just saying no!

Steven
