I agree with Jeff that we should not bring number of employees or
revenues into the equation. That is just too complicated. Option B is
just fine, it maps well to what we've done for FOSS4G for years, and as
long as their is a 500-1000$ entry level option for small businesses,
that is enough from my point of view.
