I noticed in Mike's detailed OSGeo financial account spreadsheet that 
the 2016 advance was actually in USD 57,500  so I have updated that in 
the proposed agreement.

   57,500USD advance (paid) + 57,500USD additional guarantee = 
115,000USD Maximum total OSGeo financial exposure
