[Board] update on ICA relationship

Hi Maxi,

I think I did a good job of reporting the outcomes of that meeting, in 
my message.  Was there a topic you wanted me to tackle?  Something 
missing in that report that you hoped to see me handle?  If yes, please 
let me know and I will ask Menno-Jan at our next meeting.
