[Board] Face to Face meeting

Hi Board,

As discussed in the recent board meeting, we will meet face to face in
the next few months, over a weekend (2 full days) to tackle various
topics.  I've placed an agenda, as well as desired outcomes, and also a
proposal for location (please add others from your research).  I've also
setup a Doodle for selecting a weekend (either one of the first two
weekends in December, or one in January). I feel this meeting is very
important for the foundation.
