[Board] About Support Letter for MiniMapathons

Dear Board,

I have received a request form Prof. Maria Brovelli for
a support letter for submitting project in response to
call for project proposal "Polisocial Award" by Politecnico
di Milano.

The project that Maria is submitting is to develop a series of tools
  (videos, slides, texts, and also software) that can address the needs
and requirements of teachers and children and can allow them to run
Mapathons independently and also as part of their normal
educational activities.

I have drafted a letter as attached and planned to send it to Maria by
tomorrow so as to reach her before the 27 April submission deadline.

If there is any objection about sending out the support letter from
OSGeo Foundation, please let me know by before 26 April 2016.
