I recieved following mail from Johan, presedent of OSGeo Belgium with a
question to sponsor the next foss4G conference in Belgium.

He tried to send it to the board list, but as he is not a member it
didn't work out.
I will put this on the agenda of the meeting to discuss.

Dear members of the board.

On 22 september, OSGeo.be will organise the second Belgian FOSS4G
"foss4g.be <http://foss4g.be>".

After the succesful first edtion [1] with about 350 participants we are
now preparing the second edition:

We are currently looking for sponsors for the event, and we were
wondering if OSGeo (international) is interested in becoming a sponsor.
