The Conference Committee have completed the selection process for FOSS4G 2018. 

We have voted unanimously to recommend the proposal for Dar es Salaam to host FOSS4G 2018. We hope that you will accept our recommendation and confirm Dar Es Salaam as the host for FOSS4G 2018.
