[Board] tasks and scheduling

Afternoon board members (and everyone else on the mailing list).

We have a number of "actions" coming out of last weekends board meeting:

Feb 2nd:
- (done) VK: blog post thanking Jeff for his service
- (done) JG: blog post welcoming new presidents and board member

Feb 4th
- JG: publish mission statement for Feb 4th

Feb 29
- MS,DF:  2016 budget
- MC: 2016 strategic plan coordination and write up

There are also a number of tasks that need to find a home - do we have any
volunteers for ...

1) ???: Develop an OSGeo seal

This is kind of a fun one, in our charter it indicates we can have a seal
(used to stamp documents, hapless volunteers at the osgeo booth, etc...).
It would be great to have this done if anyone is good at wood carving,
casting silver, or 3D printing?

2) ???: clean up committee list on OSGeo website

aside: We also need remove the education committee from the list - I will
make a trac ticket now (https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1613).
